Weekly bookings and short breaks can start on any day of the week except Sundays and Bank Holidays (subject to availability).

Prices over 7 days are calculated pro-rata of the one week price. Bookings that span two seasons are charged relative to both seasons they cover.

Short break prices are based on a percentage of the weekly cost so the longer you stay the cheaper the nightly cost becomes.

Midweek shorts stay prices are less than weekend short stay prices.

5% discount for stays lasting between 14-28 days, 10% discount for stays lasting between 28-56 days

Late Availability - all bookings will automatically be discounted by 10% if made within 14 days of arrival date.  Prices calculated automatically.  Loyalty discount is not applied to already discounted prices.

Prices includes electricity, heating, firewood, linens, towels and VAT and are correct at time of publication.  No charge for requested cot, high chair or stairgates.

You can use the green "Manage my booking" button in your booking summary to tell us your guests names, add your preferences for complimentary milk, cake, granola, bedding, etc plus booking extras and find a host of useful information if unsure what to choose at time of booking.  Here's a link with instructions on using Manage my Booking.
