Walnut, the crowning glory, gloriously spacious and indulgent. Boasting impressive features in a gallery style open plan layout, warm and expansive, it is truly a place to indulge. When special occasions demand the best. Equally grand and versatile for families, friends or couples.
Walnut occupies the top two floors of the converted barn. An outside solid Oak staircase leads you into the kitchen with solid oak units and Welsh slate worktop.
Sunlight floods into the vast living area through an entire gable of elegant oak windows overlooking the courtyard. Competing for attention is the massive stone fireplace with its chimney breast towering up to the pitched ceiling of the sleeping gallery above. Exposed stone walls, oak beams, wood panelling and polished elm floor combine with the comfortable seating to create a warm and luxurious ambiance.
The magnificent, slate tiled bathroom, off the living room, has a large deep bath and separate shower.
A solid elm staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping area landing in front of a magnificent stone arched window giving glorious views down to the pond and across the picturesque valley from your super-king sized bed. A second sleeping area with twin beds is accessed through the main bedroom, separated by heavy curtains.
The private garden with Jacuzzi Hot Tub is made up of ornate brickwork and cobble sets, woven hazel fencing, LED lighting and stunning views. The private garden has Chestnut hardwood benches, circular wooden table and chairs and a chiminea to keep you warm at night whilst star gazing. The circular hot tub seats up to four, perfect for aching muscles or simply to relax and rejuvenate in.

Supplies tea towels and hand towels, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, clingfilm and foil, pepper salt and herbs, starter amount of Fairtrade tea, coffee (plus compostable coffee pods) and sugar.

The most luxurious bathroom, it has a super deep bath with separate walk in shower and bidet with Chinese slate floor.
Supplies: shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, Epsom Salts, toilet rolls, cotton wool, plasters & bathmat.

There are clothes washing and drying facilities on site in laundry room approximately 20 meters away.

Where possible, goods are bought from Ethical suppliers. Toiletries are Faith In Nature range. We supply the cottages with environmentally friendly washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, bathroom and toilet cleaners & washing powder from the Ecover & BIO D range of green products
